Rolls-Royce Energy Systems
As the Head of Controls and Electrical Systems Engineering at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems I Led the development of a world-class control systems engineering team, driving advancements in gas turbine engines ranging from 5 to 70 MW. Through improvements in engineering work flow I was able to reduce work in process by over 70% reducing lead time and improving responsiveness to critical issues.
In my role as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt I was able to transform business operations in Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Engineering yielding $3M+ annual savings through streamlined processes. I’m proud to have reduced manufacturing lead time for critical components by 58% while improving lead time predictability by 85%.
